Preference is given to organizations that are a part of the 1% for the Planet program, are B Corp Certified, or are working toward B Corp certification.

Percentage of Sale Partnerships
TennGreen loves to partner with makers of all kinds to help promote our shared values.
Bongo Java Roasting Company, a well-respected Nashville-based coffee roaster and restaurant chain, developed a custom blend called “10 for Tenn”. 10% of the sale of this delicious dark roasted organic coffee goes to TennGreen’s conservation efforts. Buy 10 for Tenn here.
Cumberland Kayak & Adventure Company, a premier Nashville-based paddling outfitter, named TennGreen as its 1% for the Planet partner, generously committing 1% of its annual sales to further TennGreen’s conservation efforts.
Corporate Grant-making Initiatives
Many companies with Corporate Social Responsibility programs offer opportunities for their employees to recommend grants to their favorite nonprofits.
First Horizon Foundation, Whole Foods Community Giving Programs, and Patagonia are a few of the generous corporate foundations that have supplied TennGreen with funds for several years.
Employee Matching Gift Programs
Many large employers will match gifts of time and treasure to nonprofits as recommended by their employees. Be sure to inquire at your workplace about their giving programs!
Donors have supported TennGreen through workplace giving programs at Hospital Corporation of America and the University of Tennessee.
Third-Party Fundraising Activities
TennGreen appreciates the gifts and publicity provided by being an event beneficiary. Together, we can spread the word about the urgent need to protect our vulnerable lands and waters.
Events Hatched has chosen TennGreen as a beneficiary for several events, including Pups’ n Pints and the popular annual Holiday Spirits event! Thanks to attendees, Events Hatched has donated over $6,000 to TennGreen’s conservation efforts.
